I understand that all ticket purchases are final and cannot be cancelled, refunded, or rescheduled once issued.
Miles are not accumulated through bookings made with VIP SKY CLUB.
Chauffeur service to and from the airport is not included in the flight ticket and must be arranged separately.
Tickets are generally issued within 12-24 hours of receiving payment on our end. In rare cases, processing may take a bit longer.
